“I had all of my Social Security check direct deposited and now when I try to make a purchase or pay a bill it is declined. I have my card. They have sent me email saying it is activated but I cannot access any money from it. ”

[Of concern at this website, “GET HUMAN”, there are links to a consumer help website, a private company. This may not be a solution, but offering further problems as yet another money maker for META BANK]
[Please note that this is the same complaint I had in using META BANK’s services. Don’t do business with them, and complain to a genuine resource.]
