End of Overdraft fees on debit cards – Bank Reforms Needed

There should be a class action suit by those 14%. The policy was the bank could charge $35 for any overdraft over $2, do so up to five times per day, with no limit per month. Theoretically, one could spend as little as $10.05 in five transactions on a single day and be charged an extra $175 per day for as many days as one could tolerate being repeatedly violated. B of A is guilty of Grand Theft, or at the very least, usury.
