#1 ” the quickly changing financial industry”  …. Why is the banking industry quickly changing? Consumers should be saving and not constantly in a state of being in debt. Interest rates benefit the bank, but really harm the consumer.

What kind of potential employee would be lured in by this kind of publicity? Tellers usually don’t get rich, but META BANK’s CEO’s are very wealthy.

#2 Flattery seems to work: “are seeking talented, self-motivated technology, information systems and business professionals to become a part of our fast-growing team.”  META BANK wants computer savvy employees. They want people who are “Self-motivated” …. Think about this for a moment. Has METABANK sought out honest and dependable employees? NO

#3 ” fast-growing team.” Really??? In this economy? Does this really mean that there is a lot of turn over once the employee discovers what they are being asked to do is unkind, mean, and dishonest?

The ad gives unrealistic expectations to naive potential employees who will be expected to do their dirty work.

#4 META BANK seeks employees who meet the following criteria:  “If you enjoy a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced, progressive, innovative culture”

“enjoy a challenge” = the employee will be asked to do things that are dishonest. The bank will not stand behind them. ( Note: Pickhinkle; she is still in jail.) Naive young employees may not at first understand that they are doing immoral and unkind things as requested by METABANK

“thrive in a fast paced” = Really a bank shouldn’t be a fast paced environment from the customer’s perspective. We want a safe place to keep money. We should be saving our money and not getting ourselves into debt. My personal experience with METABANK was that they changed the rules only so that they could scam their potential customer base. That is really what “Fast Paced” means. It isn’t honest banking practices.

“Innovative Culture” = METABANK is pushing the limits of what is legal and what is honest. This isn’t being innovative; MEYABANK expects their customer representatives to give their customer base the run around and poor service.

How long does it take for the average employee to figure out that they are helping the METABANK CEO’s to get rich, really rich, very quickly, but they are basically losing their own soul at the same time?

Certainly, the employees can’t be that stupid to not notice that they are lying over and over again. They are being asked to do the dirty work in carrying out the meanness for an hourly wage. Why? Oh, they need a job… Find one elsewhere where you won’t also lose your moral compass and your heart and soul… Working at METABANK is a dead-end job for the majority of their employees. Yes, they may get empty prizes and empty awards, but have they treated others in a way they would want to be treated? METABANK has lots and lots of consumer complaints online. Trust me those people have been scammed by METABANK’s policies.

#5 Only METABANK believes this myth: “a company who is on the leading edge of the financial industry,” LEADING EDGE = edge of the industry. Leading = To where? For the client base of METABANK, it is a no-where place they are being taken to and then dumped, lied to and discarded. METABANK is relying on the vast numbers of people who haven’t yet heard of them and then lures them in… right, lures them in with false and misleading promises and lies… The publicity is only the beginning of the lying. LYING may be one of METABANK’s strengths.

 

HONEST PEOPLE DON’T KEEP WORKING AT METABANK
