Annual Compensation for META FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. CEO’s – 2012/2013

META BANK PREPAID BANK CARD HOLDERS

OR POTENTIAL FUTURE META BANK PREPAID BANK CARD HOLDERS,

Please study the following data carefully

and form your own opinions of META BANK’s practices in light of this information:

Where does the expertise come in regarding customer service and how to improve customer service from among the list of talents and skills shown below? Many skills are listed, but pay careful attention to what the focus is and has been, please. This should help to inform you about what META FINANCIAL GROUP, INC.’s real focus is on.

How does their annual income compare with that of those who are underbanked, the people who must work from pay check to pay check just to survive?

Have we ever actually been given a clearly defined explanation for how the services as they are actually practiced at META FINANCIAL GROUP,INC serve the real and clearly expressed needs of their customer base?

With this much skill and talent, why hasn’t META BANK done a better job of  serving their customer base? Something is very wrong within META BANK, META FINANCIAL GROUP INC. —- it may simply be that META ( whichever) is only a collections agency and not much more than that.

None of the focus of the skills shown below indicate that any real interest or genuine attention is being given to improving META FINANCIAL GROUP, INC.’s customer service. Many skills are listed but improving customer service doesn’t appear to have been addressed in any real way, even with  all of the skills that are listed below….. This is a real powerhouse of well educated people who have held prominent positions in IOWA and elsewhere…. Why is META FINANCIAL GROUP INC.’s customer service still so awful?  Is it that the bottom line is more important than the rest of humanity????
